They are as natural as any other creature in the universe.
It's just the fact that we know nothing about them past a few vague descriptions and photos of their ships.
The only thing that is certain is that any alien race that has visited Earth is far more advanced than our civilization, so it's safe to say "I hope they're not planning to invade..." |
who says they even fly in space ships? for all we know, they could be just like us but not as technologically advanced , just as technologically advanced, or more technologically than us! |
Think about it. They don't live in our solar system, yet they can travel between their planet and ours. Even if you reach light speed, it would still take a very long time to cross those gaps for most races. Their ships can hover in the air, and zip off at breakneck speeds in less than a second.
In order to survive going from 0mph to 500mph in one second, you need to know how to simulate gravity otherwise you'd be crushed in an instant. In order to cross the massive distances some of the theorized alien races would have to cross, they'd need a way to bend space to make travelling faster, unless they are supposed to fly at a constant light speed for over 30 years.
If they have hovered over the Earth before, their ships outclass our most advanced forms of aircraft. |
That's how they did it in 2001.
*crag* animated suspension.
And a lot of that book is based on real scientific theories. |

Taken literally that means exactly what I said.
Something not yet explained by natural law.
Sadly most people don't know what *crag* words mean anymore. |

If you can't understand something like black holes, it's probably because the human mind has limits on what it can comprehend. |
