Alright, I GOT IT! May I present to you, My design!
This is the page design when a guest is visiting.
This is the design when a member is signed in.
The background can be repeated vertically and horizontally to fit the page size. Credit goes to the people of the Spriters Resource for the headings, text, and background, as well as the pallette used for the icons. I myself custom made the icons.

Although it seems a little... colourful. Were you planning on putting text, etc. in gray boxes, like with the 'Newest Posts' box? |

Yeah. That's the thing. The text and stuff on the page will be in boxes. I'm thinking the boxes should, by some chance, be the least bit semi-transparent, so the background isn't totally hidden. And, Thank you and Husky. I worked hard on this. |
