I also wanted to see Pichu back in it. Also, I wanted to see another "Pokémon Trainer" type of character that's have starters from Gen 2 - 4. |

Yeah, I wanted Pokémon Rival (Silver, from Gen. II, so he could be a villain in the SSE) with Turtwig, Combusken, and Feraligatr. |

I was more thinking along the line of Prinplup, Grovyle and Cyndaquil, but I prefer your idea. |

Well, with Cyndaquil, Prinplup, and Grovyle, there are a few problems.
The main problem is that there aren't any 3rd stage evolutions. But other than that, they all need to trump PT's Pokémon in the same stage. Plus I just can't see it any other way. I mean, I could see some of them, like Quilava, or Treeko, but with the trumping rule, combinations wouldn't work well. |
