NO. DEAR GOD, FOR ALL THAT IS GOOD AND HOLY NO !
There is no need for a spam forum or topic, EVER. I have been to a couple of forums, and my experience is, the second a spam forum / topic is allowed, it's bigger tehn the entire rest of the forum, is abused, spam goes over into all forums, etc. Instead of a nice and clean solutions where the members can get their urge to spam out, they see how "fun" it is and will do so everywhere. It'll be the last nail in Digibutters coffin. However, if spam is forbidden everywhere and not tolerated, members start to forgat about it and adapt to the rules that'd seem "harsh" at first. The result is ahigh quality, long-living smoothly running forum.

If this is made, then I see no future for me in Digibutter. I don't think I will, but if it comes that far I will openly consider leaving - not as a threat, because I'd have to be a lot more vain than I really am to think that I'm so popular, my threat of going'd change anything, but simply because this forum was so good, and seeing it in that state would make want to cry, really. I know it is silly to get so attached to an online forum, but I'vessen it "mature", was with it from the beginning, kind of, and now it has reached the second big depression with extra helpings of OOC, spam and other crap. For me, this once was a sort of palce with people who were kind of like me, who'd understand the stuff I'd talk about, and since it was text-based wouldn't complain I was talking too fast. But at the time being it's a bunch of hormone-crazed teenagers who had their IQs reduced to the level of a rutabaga and think memes are the holy grail, even if they have been used an infinite amount of times before.

I will leave it at that. I don't think anyone will take this "wall of text" seriously, but I will be able to say "I warned you.".
