How was that that whole "split-timeline" theory proven incorrect? (Where there are two different time lines stemming out of Ocarina of Time)

Uh, Francis, you reposted a video, even if that one was embedded. And people say that it's totally wrong.

Paper Luigi's post had no description, just a link to a video, plus the video link was to the ENTIRE hour long show, not the final part about the timeline. And my video was embedded, making it much more likely to be viewed and discussed by others. So, I feel that my post was justified.

Your post probably should have been a PM to me, and then I could have deleted or edited my post. Instead, you have begun a potential derailing of this thread. And people say that it's totally wrong.

Francis, technically you just derailed the thread with that post. Shouldn't yours have been a PM to me as well?

Hmm lif TP has Link in it, and Hyrule B has Zelda, a sealed Ganondorf, and no Link, I think TP belongs in Hyrule A...but thats just me. I mean, the TP Link has the triforce of courage in his hands and Ganondorf was out of his seal so it makes sense a little right?
But that video, I agreed with it in most parts, such as Minish Cap being first and OoT creating a split timeline.

I was thinking that TP is in Hyrule B, because Link, Jeff, Joe, Eugene, Whatever you call him, is a totally unrelated farm boy before the whole Wolf incedent. It just happens that he has the Triforce of courage.

Think about it: If he didn't have the triforce, he wouldn't be link, and that Zelda game would be more like Harvest Moon.

But the WW Link has no triforce, how is he related?

He eventually gains the triforce of courage. The bulk of the game is about finding the Pearls, rescuing his sister, THEN finding the Triforce.

I forgot how did TP Link gain the Triforce?
Going into WW, WW is suppsedly in Hyrule B with no Link. But WW Link is a totally new and different Link but isn't related to OoT Link. The King of Red Lions mentioned he is similar to him. I know he doesn't have the triforce in the begining but he gets in later.

Argh this makes it more confusing to me! Embarassed

Well, in the beginning of WW when they tell that story thing, they mention how the 'hero' (Link) leaves Hyrule and loses the Triforce of Courage. That's why Link didn't have the Triforce of Courage in WW until he assembled it.
