How about we lose some coins and some items? Not really rare items, just ones we can get back and such. How many coins and items is up to you. I'd rather have my avatar normal, but I guess you won't be dead forever, so you'll get your normal avatar back. And what would happen if somebody like Big Boo or I die? |

You lose items and coins. The rest (other than the avatar ghost) just seem cruel and could interrupt with stuff.

Agreed. Not about the unreadable posts, thats terrible. Something not world ending, but something where something bad happens. Losing some items and coins, not every last one, I think works best.
And does anybody know how to use items on other people? To hurt them with Poison Shrooms? I don't have any, but do I just press Give? If I press use, I'll use it on myself, right? |

Give will transfer the item to them.
Use will use the item on them. You select what user to "use item on", which can be yourself or someone else.
I plan on writing a guide, unless someone else wants to for some coin |

If you press use, you can choose who to use it on. Give just gives that person the item.
