On a serious note, how do they explain the price difference ? According to Internet Overlord Google,
Quote: | 90 US$ = 59.2573084 € |
So, like GH III, this should cost as much as a "normal" game which costs only "normal" 60 €, or for you probably 60 $. Yet...
Quote: | 60 US$ = 39.5048723 € |
Okay, Timeout. Do they jsut slap "€" in behind the prices over the $ and then market it ? Is translation and localization really costing them € 20 ? And if, are the japanese games cheaper then $ 60 ? I never saw a game being cheaper because it didn't have to be translated.
I feel cheated. |

I never want to get Wii Fit. It was WAY too overhyped at E3, and it really doesn't look too entertaining at all. |

My mom might get it for us, but I don't need to watch my weight, and I don't thingk it helps much with Cardiovascular fitness(which is all I really need to improve on). |

I read that it does actually include Wii Fit. GameInformer knows all. |

My sister (who works at Toys R Us) told me that Wii Fit may be selling higher than $90, and would cause a massive amount of people not wanting it! If it sells for $120, then I'm NOT gonna buy it! I'll just settle for Final Fantasy III for the DS, thank you very much. |

i agree i think Nintendo should make some more games that work with the balance board i think the board has big potental |

$89.99 confirmed.
Nintendo wrote: | In anticipation of the U.S. launch of Wii Fit™, the new interactive fitness game for the popular Wii™ system, Nintendo of America Inc. has announced pricing details for this groundbreaking release. Available at Nintendo World store starting on May 19, Wii Fit and the innovative Wii Balance Board™ accessory will be bundled and sold together at a suggested retail price of $89.99. |
Anyone going to be in New York? You gotta get your Miyamoto T-Shirt!!!
Quote: | Consumers in the New York area who pre-order Wii Fit from the Nintendo World store in Rockefeller Plaza will receive a special bonus item. From April 18-20, the first 1,000 consumers who place a $5 deposit for Wii Fit will receive a limited edition Wii Fit T-shirt featuring the image and reproduced autograph of legendary Nintendo video game designer Shigeru Miyamoto. |
I really wished they did that preorder deal everywhere |

I'm sure some stores might offer up a free accessory bag from a pathetic third-party Accessory company, or maybe a $20 Gift Card for the store you pre-order it from. |

This is the only game that my dad wants to buy other than Mario Kart Wii. Nothing's ever too expensive for him when he sets his mind to it. I'm pretty sure that he'll get it for us (My family and me). |
