Hmm... preloader issues, eh?

Well, I honestly don't know anything about preloaders, however, I can still help.

Unless you are using AS3 specific code, you should change it to AS2. To do that, click anywhere on a stage. Then on the properties toolbar you should see "Publish" with a button called "Settings" next to it. Press that. There should be a dropdown box that says "Actionscript 3.0". Click that and change it to 2.0.

Then you can just edit a Newgrounds preloader. Their preloaders are somewhat complicated, you can either edit them or leave them the same. If you need help editing them check out the enclosed instruction book feel free to PM me.
