Your logic is more phale.

1) Donkey Kong starred Mario and Donkey Kong, but Mario was the main character
2) Wrecking Crew doesn't HAVE to belong in a series. What series do the Ice Climbers belong in? It's ONE game. What about Doki Doki Panic? Pokémon Trozei features Pokémon, but no human characters, no anything involving Pokémon except the Pokémon themselves. I consider it to be a Pokémon game, but other people's logic, it's not.

1) I didn't say I consider. I said it is considered.
2) Either way, I don't see why it can't be part of the Mario series. If you have a point at that, we'll be talking.
