The rarest system I own is my Sega Saturn, I think. It still works.
The rarest game I have is this special OEM version of Jazz Jackrabbit 2.

Rarest System I have is my (mostly) working SNES. There's little lines that run through the things that move, but otherwise, it's perfect.
I've no idea what my rarest game is, though. My Hologram Majora's Mask is a good contender, though. |

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that one! Very good game: I traded in Rayman Raving Rabbids 2 for that, about a week or two after it came out!
Sure, I wasted $30 on a crappy game, but Gitaroo Man made up for it.  |

Rarest system-Genisis 3.If you have a Sega CD and have played it on your Genisis,you don't have this.Also note that controllers plugged into it were prone to malfunction,and you had to buy a whole other system to replace the controller.
Rarestr game-Cubivore:Survival of the fittest.Epic game.
I also have a semi-rare Color Compaible Super Mario land(only 1/3 of them had the right colors in GBC),but so do many people,and I got it used. |
