Oh yeah. PP can be restored by going to a pokemon center/ area where someone will heal your pokemon. |

Its a very cool forum and site. I "used" to go there everyday. I'm even a member on that forum. But the day before I joined here, I couldn't get into Serebii because its "too" popular. Yes too many people get on Serebii and there are some server crashes, minor or major. Since too many people are like cramming in Serebii, I couldn't get on that site. Even when Serebii get a new server it will still not be enough, too many people like Serebii. Its too well known.
Thats why I hope Digibutter wont' be like that |

Bulpedia probably has a different server and its probably less known. WAY too many people know about Serebii. Because Serebii has updates about pokemon stuff first because Serebii gets the JP version to find new infos. Plus theres the forum and thats the major problem.
