I hate to say it Francis, but I think that in this case a new forum would work better.
On every forum that has a serious discussion, Off-Topic is still there and seperate. And I have been to quite a few forums(Smashboards, Falcon6 to name 2). |

Off topic implies that the subjects to be discussed in there are off-topic, or not pertaining to a specific topic. Even if I put "SERIOUS DISCUSSION" in the title of a thread, some idiot will come in and post spam. |
