I always find it funny when People are all like, "but I'm smart peoples!"
Why would you even fess up? Wow. Little kids are stupid. (No offence to the 11 year old overweight kid drinking a 7-11 slushie, reading this post with his mouth open) |

Nah, it doesn't matter where you are, the server that digibutter is hosted on is right here in the USA. So if you live in England, or China, or even Antartica, you still have to abide by COPPA's rules. |
