Uh... by screaming, crying, running around crazily, curling up in fetal position and wailing, finding something to slice myself open with, calling the suicide hotline. (againnn.)

I have 911, the local suicide hotline, and two therapists on speed dial because I have so many problems, and I constantly feel like I'm never going to be able to move out, get a job, drive, get a relationship, or anything. I feel like I'm going to need a personal caregiver forever, even though everyone's like "ohhhh poor nicole you're such a smart and talented person." But of course that's what they're going to say to you when you're trying to off yourself, and you know they don't feel that way. ._.;
