The ones that have levels means you have to use the Move Tutor. If you need to find out where to get the TMs, then tell me.

@Celebi Kitty

Torterra Lv 70
Stealth Rock - TM76 (Not Reobtainable)
Stone Edge - TM71 (Battle Tower - 80 BP)

Infernape Lv 71
Sword Dance - TM75 (Veilstone Game Corner - 4000 coins)
Stone Edge - TM71 (Battle Tower - 80 BP)

Empoleon Lv 80
Grass Knot - TM86 (Not reobtainable)
Protect - TM17 (Veilstone Department Store - 2000$)

Mesprit Lv 63
Shadow Ball - TM30 (Battle Tower - 64 BP)

Rayquaza Lv 78
Ice Beam - TM13 (Veilstone Game Corner - 10000 coins)
Flamethrower - TM35 (Veilstone Game Corner - 10000 coins)

@Piccolo The Pixl

I don't care about EV training. I just make my Pokémon strong.

That'll take forever....you only get like 3 BP each time you go through 7 battles in the battle tower. And I've never gone into the Game Corner.

I'm not good at battling at all, and I can never beat anyone over wifi.

although, I'm going to get heatran last-
I need the regis before the events. The problem, the events- they don't come to a place like canada. Will I ever get Arceus?

NOOOOOOO! Stupid Nintendo, having events. I live nowhere near New York, and our family doesn't have the money to go to New York. NP said that the people with even pokemon should share them, not keep them to themselves. Anyone know where I can get an action replay?

I did more research on Blissey and I have 3 possible movesets for Blissey. The first is a spongy, tanky stealth rocker which is my new blissey now. You wanted Stealth Rock so there. Light Screen/Reflect is to make your team more tanky. The second one is a Seismic Tosser and a possible aromatheripist. Since Blissey is a sponge and has a very high amount of HP, Seismic Toss will do huge amount of damage. Aromatheraphy is in case your team or Blissey is inflicted with a status. The last movesets is a choice between Thunder Wave and Sing. I recommand Thunder Wave since it paralyze the foe and won't heal in turns unlike sleep. Ice Beam is there in case you use Aromatheraphy.

I did a little research on Floatzel but I had trouble finding the right movesets for forgive me if you hate it but I tried for Floatzel. It was a hard one to use since its Speed was its best stat and with Attack average. Ice Fang, Crunch, and Waterfall is fine. Waterfall gains STAB and Crunch gets boosted by the Dread Plate. Ice Fang is in case for Grass Types. HP ground is optional but not needed. HP Ground is for electric types but you have a Earth Power using Palkia so its not really needed. To make Floatzel even faster, use Rain Dance to boost its speed with Swift Swim along with boosting Waterfall. Double Team is there in case your not using HP Ground to increase avoidablity from lighting attacks.

Look back at CK's Empoleon

Roserade has an impressive Sp. Attack when I was reasearching it. So I did my best to give it good sp attacks. So heres a big results of what I've come up with. You can use either Giga Drain, Energy Ball, or Leaf Storm. Unless you have the berry to heal stat changes or have a Spinda/Mr. Mime using Psych up, don't use Leaf Storm. It will lower 2 sp attack stats thus making Roserade weaker. Since its defense is below average, you can use either Double Team or Synthesis. I recommand Double Team since Synthesis is an egg move. Use either Sludge Bomb or Grass Knot which both gains STAB. Those last two are a choice by you.

Staraptor is a hard one. I would get rid of Fly if I were you since you have 3 flying type moves. Staraptor is just like another Endeavor using Swellow. Staraptor has both below average defenses so use Endeavor to do high damages on pokemons. If your foe is too speedy or strong, use either Double Team, Agility, or Defog. If your feeling brave, use Brave Bird. Close Combat is is excellent for fighting steel and rock types.

Like Rayquaza, Palkia is uber so use those if you want.

Thats it. Very Happy
