I had to whip up a quick intro for a podcast, so I did it in Flash.

Now, I need to export it in AVI format, but every time I do, the video has these motion trails and it looks outright shitty.

What do I do to make it look how it's supposed to look?

It's times like these in which I had my technological guru with me in my house, but sadly, I'm not home, so I'm afraid I cannot help you on this one.

Would you mind sharing how you did it? It would be nice for future reference.

Well, I went to File>Export>Export Movie, and I chose AVI, and then kept everything the same at the next window, and at the next one, unchecked the "Key Frame Every" and "Data Rate".

But now the podcast doesn't work, because when it's published... Half the screen is taken up by a BIG GREEN RECTANGLE, and the other half is the video smooshed up into it...

I wanna publish this podcast! D:

Again, I cannot help you. If this is spam, trust me, it's not. Well, if you figure it out, post it here, plx.
