I think we should let Francis choose.
You see, this will eventually just cause a huge flood of topics in The Dump, General Discussion, here, and in Feedback. I say we leave the decision to Francis so it doesn't become a popularity contest.
You all know deep down inside it would turn out like that. So there, Francis is the Admin, so we should just let him do what he must do. If Francis thinks there should be a Dump Mod, then we should let him think of who to choose himself.
