1. PM people a warning before they strike someone. I don't know what this warning system is, but I haven't gotten any. And it isn't fair to strike someone if they didn't understand a rule. Now if it is blatant, like posting a n offensive image, then strike it. But learn to tell the difference

2. If you strike someone for something, don't strike every single one they have made within an allotted amount of time. Now this didn't actually happen, but I will use my comics as an example. Each of them used the word "Mother *crag*." If they were each striked for the same offense, I think the person would have a reason to be outraged. Enough said.

3. Post why you lock a topic. If you lock a topic, and don't post why, you are not helping the person learn what they have done wrong. Do not do this, it does not help anyone. This is like striking someone without a reason in the PM. Don't do that either.

4. Stop moving all the topics. Lock them, post a reason, out. That is all you have to do. It serves as a reminder of the rules and it shows people that you actually do shit. Now, if it is an offensive picture, like a giant erect phallus, then by all means, move the *crag* topic. Once again, if you can't tell the difference you are *crag* retarded.

5. Help Crump with the rule list.

6. Stop paying attention to people's flames. They don't know what your job is like, and they have no reason to criticized you. I learned first hand that you can never please everyone and eventually you will all be driven towards the brink of insanity unless you stand up for yourselves.
