I learned html on a screwed up site that went "LOL, WE CAN WASTE BANDWIDTHS SO WE CAN CHANGE THE HTML TO BE SOMETHING DIFFERENT, CUZ OUR SITE IS SO POPULAR LOL."
It was none other than neopets. It's basically what happens when a forum is overcrowded. |
