Okay. I'm making this topic to end all topics.
I'm sorry for the way I acted. I flamed and hurt people's feelings... but to be completely honest, that should all be over now.
But it's not. You guys keep insulting me, making fun of me, trying to pull me into arguments, and I don't understand why. You all hate me now, because of the way I acted, and I suppose there's no way to change that... but WHY must you keep trying to argue with me and insult me?
Dark Paratroopa, you keep derailing my topics and spamming in them.
Larry, you've just been trying to force an argument out of me...
WHY!? I'm so disgusted with the attitude of this forum right now. Everyone still wants to fight and fuss over EVERYTHING... |

Flaming is completely unacceptable. There's no gray scale in-between that should be okay to post. This is clearly stated in the forum rules. Thus, I've frowned upon anyone who flames in any degree, even if they feel that it is well-served justice. Then again, flaming is different in every person's view. Francis is the one with the authority here to punish many of the offenders, but I know he doesn't want to have to do so. I think he likes to give people chances, and so do I.
So no, I don't hate you. What would be the point? Is it going to somehow hurt you if I say that I hate you on the Internets? It shouldn't; in fact, I know it wouldn't, because you have enough common sense to not allow it to. So as long as you don't flame people anymore - and you seem sincerely set on this - I'm all for giving you a chance, like anyone else should.

Now for my pet peeve to be made known... editing others' posts pointlessly. I see posts as sacred ground, ridiculous as that may seem - personal space not to be tampered with. Oh well, guess I can't stop you. And there's no point in hating you, since that's not going to get us anywhere. I'd recommend everyone else to go easy, since one of the key parts of a successful online community is getting along. Right? |
