You can read once for a low price, but if you want to read it again, you'll either have to pay the price or actually buy a copy for yourself.

Purchase
A book is 5 coins (plust 1 per each extra chapter).
The maker can choose whether they get the full payment, half of it, or if the entire payment goes to the Fund.

Donate Book
In order to donate the book, you have to spend 5 coins, like a store item. In order to 'bulk up' the quantity, you can pay a certain set amount for additional books. The max of any book is 100.

I'm not sure if there should be any sort of limit to the book, but there could be chapters. +2 per chapter, I suppose.

"Digibutter Fund"
Say a member wants to celebrate something, but they're low on cash. There could be a sub-section in Feedback labeled "Community Events". A member could suggest a party, say what they want to do in it, why they want the party, and then (with permission from at least 30 other members), they could spend a certain amount of coins from the Fund to have a new sub-section in an new area (normally locked, but no one can make a topic in the main area of said area, just in the sub-sections) labled "Community Events" (which is different from the Official Party area, as that's official).

The cost of a party could be anywhere from 100 coins to 1000, depending on how many other parties are already active. (50 extra per other party). There should be a limit to the number of active parties... 5, or so. Maybe 7- no, 5. This counts any Official Digibutter Party. Oh, and the party costs an additional 25 coins per extra day. Limit is 7 days total.

So, requirements to the Digibutter Parties:
*30 people (not including maker) must want it too.
*At least 100 coins must be in the Fund.
*5 active party limit.
*25 coins per extra day.
*No Party last longer than a week.

I dont think the limited check-out time and debt thing would work very well. Its too confusing and potentially annoying.

It would be better to just charge per book read. So you pay like a coin everytime you want to read the book. Like how you pay 1 coin to play an arcade game. Or you could buy the book, then you get a copy of it that you can read as many times as you want for free. Think of it as a Bookstore instead of a Library. We could have a library too, but it would be free books that you can read as much as you want, but you don't get to keep.

The Fund idea is good, and similar to my idea for creating Clubs/Clans. It may be a good way to prioritize new features. Which ever one gets more coins, is what I work on first.
