FINALLY A NEW ANIMAL CROSSING! I'm SO buying that. And with voice chat I can do almost anything! Let's hope you can still catch coelacanths, arapaimas, and sharks. And that they bring back old villagers (and create some new ones.) And more K.K. music, possibly a casino?

Wouldn't it just be cheaper/easier to use a microphone for the PC and use, say, MSN to chat to others?
Also, where does the Wii Speak microphone plug into? A USB slot? |

Maybe it'll be wireless or plug into the Wiimote. |

Yes it would be easier and cheaper to use your PC. If you have a PC near your TV... which many people do not. And, if it is integrated with the game, then more people will use it.
It probably uses USB... and I think they wanted it to be a microphone that a whole room could use together (not a personal headset). The videos showed a thing you set on the table or on top of the TV.
