Recently I've been downloading some anime and Tv shows to my ipod (Nanoha for the win). So I thought I'd write up this for no reason D:

I get my shows from Veoh. It has better quality than Youtube, and you can possibly find channels with the complete show.

1. So first you wanna download VeohTV from Veoh's site. It's free and allows you to search for videos and such.

2. Then on the actual site, you search the chanels for the show you want. Try to find one that's more complete and has each episode titled differently. There will be a "Download all" button. Click it.

3. Now while that is downloading, search for other missing episodes of that channel (if any).

4. Download "3gp." It's a japanese converter (with an English language selection) that will convert .avi or any other format to MP4 and resize it as well.

5. Now drag and drop your Veoh clips (under My Documents>My Videos>Veoh) and it should automatically start (you might need to run the Setup.exe in the 3gp folder though)

6. Now import those newly converted clips to itunes, rename and edit the info to fit under the TV show, and Presto! You now have it on your ipod.

The quality of clips on Veoh can vary from very good to horrible, so it is recommended to scan through the clip first. I've used this method to transfer anime shows to watch, since I don't watch them on the computer much. It takes only a little bit of time, and is easy.

Once I get this tutorial in better shape, and if it proves helpful, I might ask for a sticky.
