This company called Anascape that no one knows about sued Nintendo over the GCN and Classic Controller, due to patent infringing. Now the Supreme Court has ruled that it should ban the sales of BOTH the Classic Controller and the GCN controller.

So this is what the world is today. Patent whoring just to sue big companies to get money.
