In short, what is your opinion on lying?
In short, I hate it unless it's for a good reason. For the record, lying just so you can seem popular is not a good reason. ( The person this is meant for will know who s/he is. )
So, what do you people think? Can you forgive a person for lying, regardless of if they hurt you, or do you strongly detest liars?
...Another subject, now...
If a friend told you not to tell people that they were lying about something, and you said okay, wouldn't you be lying if someone asked you if the said person was lying? But all the same, if you told them, wouldn't that be lying to the person who was lying in the first place?
If you're in that situation, what would you do? Keep the secret, regardless of if you were lying, or tell the others, which would probably be for the best, seeing if the person who was lying to begin with, was only lying so they could be popular, they were lying for the wrong reason in the first place?
( If that makes any sense to any of you. ._. )
I most likely would...end up telling the other people. I'd rather lie to only one person, rather than lying to more than three people. |

To be honest, I'm in no position to not forgive people who lie to me.
For example, I've known a few people who lied about their gender on the internet (interestingly enough, to get more attention where they went), but I never really saw anything in it.
I never tell people about other's lies. |

I honestly hate lying. It destroyed any possibility of me ever enjoying school. :/
I guess I have lied once, but that was a long time ago, and it wasn't even that big. I even fixed the problem. Then again, I guess it's natural to regret it. |

I've lied before. Frankly, it's ruined my life for good because when I got found out, I was never able to forgive myself, even though the person I lied to did. I've tried my hardest to become a better person, and I'm slowly getting there. |

You can try! It's better to do that than to lie about something deeply important, and loose something in the process. Thinking things through helps with that. |

I know who you're pointing at and I guess I should just say it. I'm a guy. But don't look at me like CD, Poison or Fireice, because unlike them I don't really want to be a girl IRL. I guess it was just fun to create a character that was a girl and secretly role play without you guys really noticing. There are other reasons I did it, but it's not really important. I'mma go back to being a guy and you can all be happy little chipmunks, lol. |
