I decided during my absence to develop the backstory of my GW alts, especially explaining how each of them met Black Yoshi and joined him. This is the story of my Assassin, Deadly Yoshi.

---

Kaineng City, Cantha, 1072 A.E.

The sun rose over the dingy, dirty streets of Kaineng City as a lone man, clad in an ornate, bladed guise dyed a deep shade of indigo, made his way down a desolate city street. The stranger seemed to be approaching a large, shabby building draped in a number of reddish-brown tapestries. As he strode down the narrow street, the few citizens at the time seemed to avert their eyes and pay the man no mind. As he passed two peasants, they turned to eachother and began to whisper worriedly.

"Was that man an Assassin? He looked as if he was heading into the Am Fah headquaters building..."

"Of course he was an Assassin. I could tell by his armor... but why would the Am Fah need additional support when they have the entire slums in their grasp already? Must be going after someone big..."

By this time, the man had already reached the building the peasants were whispering about. Upon closer inspection, each of the banners were emblazoned with the skull of a monster in front of two crossed axes - the guild symbol of the Am Fah, one of the largest rebel guilds in Kaineng City. The building itself was nothing out of the ordinary... just a ramshackle building like the rest of the dwellings in that part of the city. Two men, dressed in brown garments with a cape bearing the Am Fah guild symbol, standing outside the door stared at the Assassin for a moment before showing him inside while talking in low, gruff voices.

"The boss is waiting."

"Don't waste his time."

After a few minutes of passing through corridors lined with staring Am Fah guildsmen, the three arrived at a door at the top floor of the building. Inscribed upon the door in Canthan was a name:

"Xuexaro Steelfist, Guild Leader."

At that, the trio of men entered through the doorway.

So, any questions? Comments? Bricks? I'm open to anything.
