While, I was gone, I got a little bored, and started doing some research on making maps in TF2 with the Hammer editor. I've started looking at a bunch of different tutorial videos and stuff on how the program works to get a basic idea of how things run, so I can finally get around to making a haunted house map.

Anyways, while we're on the topic of maps, have you seen any maps online that you thought are worthy enough to share with us? Are you a mapper?

I was playing on an awesome map the other day. Some of you may have heard of it, it's pretty popular. It's called ctf_convoy. It's like you're riding on a giant truck that's carrying two red and blu missiles. You should try it out sometime, if you already haven't.

ctf_convoy is my personal favourite of the bunch. Not just to whole 'two missiles riding through a desert at high speeds', but also the fact that it's so open and you can shoot at people across the gap.

Another one I quite like is something like 'tbr_orange_x_3' or something like that. It's very simple with just a tower in the middle, 5 control points and a few 'bunkers' for hiding, etc. It's incredibly simple, but pretty straegic.

I played one the other day. I think I was called cp_cowpath or something. It was a huge stage and there are cows on the battlefield that give you health through their horns. XD
