I was doing a lot of research on TF2 maps and how to make them and it seems a lot easier than I thought, so I came up with something that I could possibly make in the future: Luigi's Mansion. D:

Basically, it'd be a CTF map. There are two mansions facing each other. I just mixed them to get an idea of color. Each mansion would be on either end of a long graveyard with graves tall enough that you can crouch behind them. This is perfect for spies and engineers hiding sentries. Now, the mansion itself is 3 stories tall, and IS NOT an exact replica of the one from the game. There are quite a few less rooms and not-as-detailed rooms. The windows are for sniping. You can see other people, but they can't see you. It's a one-way window. Also, the intelligence is randomized and would be in a different place every time.

Sounds like a pretty cool idea, but the one-way windows would definitely get annoying after a while. |

I agree with Para about the windows. Just make them normal, open windows/window ledges, since Snipers have enough advantages as it is. I'm also not so sure about the Intel being randomised. I've found simpler maps to be more fun and strategic. Otherwise, I like the idea, particularly the tombstones. Oh, and put loadsa small rooms and corridors in rather than large rooms =3 |

Also, possibly sliding bookcases and elevators. I'll see if I can try to get that to work... :/ |

Lmao. The map maker is easy as hell, you barley found out how to make one?
Dont waste your time on this, I plan on making a Fort Francis. With that said, maybe you can help me with the blueprints. |

I like the picture idea.
Just have one giant mansion divided in half for the two teams but keep it a CTF map. |
