I was thinking that it would be a good idea if we had two admins, for times when Francis is offline and we need an admin. Some others agreed in the chat. So maybe we could get some active member that we trust and promote them to admin? Minami has said they he'd like to be an admin, so there's one choice. Any other people you think could be admin? |

Supported. But it'd have to be someone we could trust to, ya know, not go batshit crazy and ban everything in sight on a whim. Someone unbiased, someone uncorrupted--another forum I frequent just went through hell because of a bad admin. .-.; |

I do believe that Francis would have to choose wisely, and choose someone who is on a lot of the time, if he agrees with this, however.
Which might not work with the moderators, though, seeing they're already stressed enough with their jobs on the forum. |

We have to make sure that they want to become an admin, though. We should probably say if we want to be an admin or not.
I'm fine with being an admin, if anyone thinks I'd do good. Minami's already said he's fine with it, as I said before. |

Supported. I'm sure Francis needs some help holding up the site, it's a big job for one person. Of course, picking an admin is difficult, you need just the right person.
I'd be more than happy to help out in some way, even if it's just helping out Francis by giving him advice, but I know next to nothing about coding, dealing with glitches, and what to do when the site sinks and all...and he's already got the Mod Squad to deal with punishing people and dealing with...uh...stuff.
No suggestions instantly come to mind, but I'm sure digibutter's got at least one suitable admin here to partner up with Francis. |
