Just because EA bought out Take 2 doesn't mean that the games will be any different.
Hell, it probably means they will be even better considering the buget EA will give a big name property like that. Those lucky bastards will probably run the joint.
I'm sure EA doesn't mind that it's taking out a sports game competitor either. |

At this rate, they could start developing consoles with all the companies they are snapping up. It would cause hell for everyone else with the loss of their games. |

When you consider that both Sony and Microsoft were already billion dollar corporations when they got into the console biz, it will probably never happen.
The only reason Nintendo and Sega were able to do it was because they were the first, and Sega has plinko machines.
That would be one hell of a second party though, one that could end the console war forever. |

Well, even though EA seems to be gobbling up every company in its sights, it's not interfering with them much, if at all. EA even stated that they want to let their 2nd party companies have creative freedom and not be held back. |
