Aparently Zelnor does, because his sources say that Portal 2, or rather Portal: Still Alive will be 360 exclusive and, ever worse, will have no
GLaDOS.
The TV Tropes Wiki, a reliable source for me, full of information that'll suck your time right out of you, stated in it's article about the phenomenon knows as Tainted By The Preview:

Portal: Still Alive is different than Portal 2. Still Alive is just the extra levels pack. |

I swear to go you'd all think Mario Bros. 4 was coming out if I wasn't here.
Portal Still Alive is just the full Portal game with the Flash level pack that you can get right now on the PC for FREE. |

@Elzilcho: Actually, that's not true. The Portal TFV Mappack that I got off of ThinkingWithPortals is in .rar format, and I don't have HL2 installed, and it still works just fine. |

...do you not have winrar?
Download that and unzip the rar folder.
