I admit that I was in the wrong for flaming, but Tails Doll said that M'aiq should commit suicide! Or that someone should kill him!

I was not going to take that with my eyes shut! He was being a complete and total jerk (I would had said something else, but that would had probably caused two strikes in one) and I was enraged.

As much of a flame that was, it was justified. In response to a post which includes a death wish, this flame in question isn't the one we should be concerned about.

I'm leaning towards a not guilty, if we aren't going by independant events.

I agree with Medi. Sure Tails Doll was a bit rude, but that doesn't mean he should tell someone to kill themselve. I think Medi is innocent.

Come on. Why the hell would you strike someone who was DEFENDING a friend while some idiot is telling everyone that "this member should go kill him/herself"? That is a bunch of bullcrap.

Telling others to "go kill themselves" or "have someone else kill them" is a threat that may put lives at major risk.

As for Tails Doll... grow up. If you don't like one's opinion and whatever they do... then just shut up about it.

And Medi could've ignored it. That post wasn't necessary at all anyways.
