The one with "all the buttons" is just a normal controller with this attached to it. It's been out for forever. But It's cool that they made the D-Pad better, but it isn't such a good update that I'm going to run out and buy one. Yes, that's the actual reason they made a new color, because all the new controllers have a better d-pad with better response times.
