Yep...tomorrow, school starts...first day of high school. Oh joy, I get to be a freshman. [/OBVIOUSSARCASM]
The school's not as big as usual high schools, and there's only one floor...plus, I get a locker in the hallway that's right by the entrance/exit, so it's easy to find. My mom will be taking me to school every morning, and all the freshmen are going to school early tomorrow so we can look around and stuff. Then there's this nice half-hour break from 9-9:30 every day, which will give me time to finish off any assignments and give me extra time to go to my locker and stuff {my combination is pretty simple to remember, too}. Hopefully, I won't have too worry about the school's community too much. At least, not the freshmen class. The older grades probably won't be sparing us...
So, now, the bad stuff.
Well, for one, I'm at the bottom of the food chain again. Second, I only know one other person there, my friend who goes here, Sarevon {you know, that guy who says ent all the time}, and we don't have ANY classes together. Third, I'm worried about getting lost. I mean, it's not a huge school or anything, but I can't help but be paranoid. Fourth, I'll be taking the bus home, now. Yesterday was the first time I've taken a bus in my life...I just hope I get off at the right stop... Fifth, I'm worried that I'm going to lose things, or they'll get stolen. I don't have my own cell phone, so I'm using my mom's for the first two weeks. But in high school; there's more than 75 kids {I went to a charter middle school}, so I can't get to know them well. That means I won't know who to look out for. Not to mention this year I've got more important items with me; my mom's cell phone, my house key, and my bus pass. If any of those three things get stolen; I'm screwed.
Maybe I'm paranoid, maybe I'm not, I don't know. I'm just really, really nervous about high school. D:
Oh yeah; I forgot to mention that my school is supposed to be the hardest school in the district. So that means more homework, less time on digi. But going on digi a lot is crucial for me though...I'm helping Orchid with his campaign, I'm working on the Oress Plot in RPOT and RP, I've got a bunch of stories that need finishing, things I've wanted to suggest and help out with...I've been doing so much stuff lately; I've been having to keep FIVE different windows up for digibutter. My profile {to edit the Oress plot stickies}, RP, RPOT, OT, and then one free window to check the other boards for new posts. Not to mention I've been more active on Puyo Nexus {a Puyo Puyo/Puyo Pop Fever/Madou Monogatari fansite}, and I've been trying to keep the few active members of Fiori, Digibackup, and RP Center from loneliness. Busy, busy, busy...but there's nothing I want to hold off or cancel. Plus, I'm sure there's plenty of others more overworked than me.

Stuff happens, bad and good, but this is just another bump in the road. I'm sure that I can get over it, with time. |

Being a freshman sucks. I was one last year.
Hopefully, you have a decent school.

Although I may homeschool, I've read a lot on this stuff. It will just take some time, as High School isn't all that bad. Oh, and might I reccomend tabbing for those extra windows? It should be at the top of the browser... Anyway, I hope you get used to your school. |

I always get a wierd feeling when its time to go to school again. Especially a new school. D: However, I am homeschooled now, and its not exciting, I'm not nervous, because its my DAMN HOME. |
