I installed the program in my computer and it will be able to record raw footage off of my TV and such, right?

Wrong.

It seems that the extra AV cables won't do crap in the Output cables for my 52 inch TV. Making it impossible to get a screen from the TV to my computer, but I still somehow record sound from the game. Do the mics from my 360 work? Nope. Won't work. The device will not be able to record voice at all.

On the plus side, it can only perfectly record stuff off of my N64 and SNES upstairs. I'll post a test video I recorded from BattleTanx in a bit, once I get it uploaded.

Ugh... I'm just so pissed off right now. For those who would expect me to record the best moments of the TF2 Party, I am very, very sorry.

Oh well... and mom says I can't return the device. So... there goes $100. Gone.

Sorry to hear. Don't give up though. Try to fix it or get it to work. Very Happy

It is possible to record voices from the headsets of those playing the games, including the recorder's voice. But, it's not working for this one.

And... yeah... it is possible to have TF2 Parties on the 360 version. It's just we're not as open to the game than the PC verison.

If you got the Mac one (that's what it sounds like) You need to put the A/V cables INTO the capture device, and replay the thing.

It's not Mac supporter. It supports Windows.

According to the help page, I need a VCR with that can use Output A/V plugs to get things from the TV... not from the TV itself.

Great... where the hell am I going to hook up a VCR to this huge TV when there's little to absolutely no room for it?
