I may not believe in evolution, but this is just STUPID. My parents are Christians and even they don't think Spore is bad. Because they're mature enough to know its a damn VIDEO GAME. However, this fellow from Antispore.com really seems to hate Spore and Will Wright because it teaches kids about Evolution, AND it has adult content. (Seen if you click the link, thus why I put the [M] tag ) |

Losers like these guys need to understand that video games does not mean anything but a game. Its not like they planned to promote something like this...some people think too far ahead and assume the worst. |

Sometimes, my own religion just makes me want to facepalm so hard it shows on the Richter scale.
Grow up, people - it's like Richard Dawkins saying "I object to religion because it teaches us to be content with not understanding things". Oh, yes, he refers to the 11th Commandment - THOU SHALT NOT SCIENCE.
Why do people be so hard with these concepts ? I can perfectly align religion and science by just not taking everything literally.
I can combine that the earth was created in seven days and needed billions of years, too. Who says that a day for an immortal, almighty being refers to OUR terms of time and space ?
Sometimes, this sort of thing just makes people look like narrow-minded, stupid jackasses.
AND ON THE SEVENTH DAY, GOD TOOK A RIP FROM ADAM, AND FROM IT HE CREATED IDIOTS. AND GOD SAW THAT IT SUCKED, AND FACEPALMED. |

That is a very possible viewpoint that I have not seen anyone speak about! Thank you for giving me that minor insight.
Anyways, This person, if he meant it, 'cause I was too lazy, is just another one of those over-religious freaks. |

AAAAND - IT'S A RICK ROLL !

And never gonna give you up. 22. “Never gonna let you down.” 23.”Never gonna run around and desert you.” 24. “Never gonna make you cry.” 25. “Never gonna say goodbye.” 26. “Never gonna tell a lie and hurt you.” 27.”Never truly believe anything you read on the Internet. Although the site was a hoax, I'm going to say that Spore isn't all-out evolution. It is what some use the words "Intelligent Design" to describe (Although ID has various usages)- when a being evolves over time, guided by an unseen creator. Alot of "modern" Christians are starting to accept this view, from what I know. |

My problem with religion is that they constantly change views based upon scientific discovers.
Some of them actually admit that science has some *crag* foundation in how the world works and change their views to accept this.
Even though I still think that's somewhat ignorant I accept this because they aren't just denying shit up and down like *crag* idiots.
Kind of like all the people who say the dinosaurs didn't exist when we found *crag* bones.
That's like saying the Holocaust didn't happen.
Also the guy who made this blog is a pretty cool guy. |

You people should know by now to assume that a website like this is fake (like landoverbaptist.org). I'm sure there are a few sites that could prove otherwise, but overall, this kinda thing is almost always a joke (or meant to stir up controversy)

I don't see how that is a problem. This is true for everyone. People only know what they know, and sometimes have to make assumptions, and may eventually be proven wrong. (earth is flat, blood-letting will cure you, we are at the center of the universe, ...) It's the people who don't change their views are the ones you have to worry about.
The important parts of Christianity havn't change, only the extra "fluff" that is open to interpretation (old testament stories, rituals, end-time prophecies). Most conflicts revolve around this "fluff", fluff that has no one true answer, because it is relative. |
