What elective classes are at your school. AT mine ther's: Metal/wood shop, Art, Animation, Multi media, Dance, AVID, and lots of other stuff I forget about. Personally I take Wood shop! It's awesome I'm making a clothespin!  I would describe more but I whant to know what other schools have, Alsoname your school Mine SanMarcos High School. |

I can't list them all off the top of my head and I don't feel like finding my course guidebook.
It isn't exactly feasible to list them all, either, since there are so many...
I'm taking a Creative Writing course. This marking period, we're working on poetry...which I'm actually better than I would've thought at (though by no means a prodigy). |

We don't have electives, we just have X-Block (a replacement for P.E.) and Special Interest classes. But, as for those, they vary from semester to semester. Currently I'm taking a golf course along with a science fiction course, and both are unbelievably fun. |

I don't need AVID's shit, I have Quest. I'm not going to take Cornell Notes for each of my core classes. CORNELL NOTES ARE *crag* EVIL.
I'm taking Orchestra, Quest Computer Aps, Web Authoring next semester, and Foods.
Foods is okay and all, but I'm kind of wanting to take Shop now. Oh well, too late. |

I gots band, jazzity band FTW, quest, and quest compooter apps. and a teachers aide. only class where i can listen to music w/o asking. but a lot of my other teachers let us listen, as long as they're not talking.
Lord Bob, you spelled apps wrong but you probably dont care. And yes avid sucks. cornell notes fail. |

The only elective I have this semester is Art. It's fun, but it's nothing I haven't already done. ( All the teachers are worshiping me because of my art, which is pretty annoying. )
Next semester I have Japanese and cooking. Apparently Japanese is blood drenchingly hard. Like a test every day out of 30, that's marked really closely. Other than that, I've only heard good things. And cooking sounds boring. Not gunna lie.

Mmm, I can't think of them all.
Since I'm in 10th grade, I only have two electives, and only one if you take a language. I took French and Music 9/10 (guitar, the 9 is irrelevant, as I'm far above the 9th grade guitar level). |

oh cause here when you're in highschool you have to:

Let's see... here, it's pretty much the same.
You can take a foreign language if you want to, but you won't be able to go straight to University without one. You can have up to 8 years of French, or up to 4 years of a different language.
Math must be taken every year. It can be any stream of math (essentials, applications, principals, honours).
English must be taken every year. Honours or standard.
You must have two years of Socials, and two years of a history of your choice.
You must have two years of PE.
And, you must have a fine or applied art.
That's about it. |
