Over where I am at night I see less people online and ether a few or no mods on.

And most people who have seen the spaming and rule breaking that Tracy did while the mods and Francis were off line.

So heres my suggestion. Ether we:

1. See if one of the mods can stay around during the night for awhile.

2. If none of the mods can take that task perhaps there could be something like a night shift mod during those times where almost everyone is off line and/or asleep.

A Night Shift Mod would only be a mod during the times the other mods are off line and asleep. If this suggestion is used there is a better chance of keeping the rules from being broken.

Anyone else think this as a good idea?

It would be a good idea, however, people do need their sleep.

It would need to be someone in a timezone that would work for when everyone is sleeping, or someone who's graduated/dropped out/doesn't have to worry about going to school the next day. Assuming that these people have nothing better to do.

How 'bout timezones? Someone trustworthy from halfway around the world could work a graveyard shift, which would be the middle of the day for them.

Although, Iunno if there's anyone halfway around the world that would qualify.

Well, I AM an insomniac, and ask many people here, I'm in the C-Box late at night. I don't need much sleep. If I'm not on here, I'll be awake anyway.

The only problem is I'm really busy with my job, and now, public school work. (I am NOT going to public school next year >.>)

I actually wouldn't mind trying out for this myself. It wouldn't get me much attention either, cause it's at night.

But, whatever. Most people probably wouldn't want me as a moderator anyway.

I support this idea none the less.

Thing is, I can't dedicate all my time to Digi, I have school, homework, friends, and relaxation time. I don't want to get up at 3:00 AM to make sure no one spams or flames.

I'm on late quite often, and so I can try to spend some time here during such occasions... for now, anyway, while I have a decent number of nights I can afford to stay up in. But that's just in my case personally, and at this time...

Just to toss something out here.

I don't go to school anymore. I'm still waiting for me to be able to goto collage which could be a few years, and before I forget I tend to sleep during the day for a few hours.
