Whenever I click something on ANY WEBSITE that lets me browse through my computer to pick a file, my internet just closes by itself.

This can seriously cripple my internets.

1. I can't upload any of my art to show you guys.

2. I can't upload videos.

3. I can't change my avi ever again (at least to what I want it to be).

I need some help.
