In Cave Story, most important characters have face portraits that appear next to the text while they're talking.
The exception is Quote, the main character, since he's a He Who Must Not be Heard.
But I felt like making one for him anyway. 
This was edited from one of the ending credits pictures from Cave Story. Well, the face, that is. Colored by me, using colors from other portraits. Everything below the head is custom, while the head was a major edit.
I also made a pissed off face for the hell of it.

The face isn't the only area that should've been edited. Maybe clenched fists? |

I was thinking about bringing him lower and putting his fists higher up, but most extra faces are just face edits anyway.
For a good example, look at Curly's. |
