Sounds like Crush40 is back in the saddle this time. Sonic and the Black Knight is set to launch for the Wii only. And from the looks of it, Sword Play doesn't slow down gameplay too much. This trailer was unveiled at the Tokyo Game Show, the release date set for Spring '09.

Good to see Sega still hasn't learned their lesson. Sonic's a *crag* antrhomorphic hedgehog for god's sake, if they want to do something like this USE AN ORIGINAL CHARACTER.
You're expecting Sega to actually use a HUMAN hero like Sir Galahad, who'd fight an evil sorceress? Without Sonic, Sega would have to resort to borrowing from Warner Bros, and bring back Agent Triple-Zero, Secret Squirrel (voiced by Jess Harnell). Likewise, his assistant, Morocco Mole.
