I've been listening to a lot of Meiko lately, and I'd have to say she's my favorite. Her voice sounds more...natural than the vocaloids that came after her, in my personal opinion.

Well, it depends if you're going by vocaloids that currently exist or not, and if you're including UTAU.
Miku was the first Vocaloid I ever saw, so she's grown on me more than the others.
Yowane Haku, even though she technically doesn't exist, is my favourite out of ALL of them, just because she doesn't get enough love. And she's cute.
Kaiko, too, who is the genderben't version of Kaito.
And this is less than half of all the fanmade vocaloids I know of. |

Miku. The first one that introduced me into the Vocaloids, and the one I can find with no problem. BUT THEY SHOULD MAKE A STEV-0 VOCALOID CUZ I'M THAT AWESOME. |
