Ocelot is gay for Big Boss and Snake.
Snake's bandanna could be either from Big Boss or Gray Fox, as they both had Bandannas. Big Boss's bandanna is tattered in the 60's while Snake's is still in good shape over 50 years later.
The coolest villains are always the ones that they don't continue with. :< |

I always imagined that the weapon modules were loosely connected, so the explosion ejected them before too much harm was done to it. Hell, they visually showed this in the first MegaMan games
Anyway,
If the characters have a fire based power, they WILL have a short fuse. |

Sonic characters are annoying simply because Sonic is annoying; those that try to remove themselves from Sonic (Knuckles and E-102) are less annoying than all of the other characters in the series.
Dixie Kong doesn't have boobies while her little sister does.
Ocelot can't beat *crag*ING JILL VALENTINE IN A POPULARITY CONTEST AFTER METAL GEAR SOLID 4! EVEN THOUGH HE BEAT HER PRE-MGS4! WHAT THE HELL, MAN?!
Cranky Kong is both DK's father and grandfather.

They actually addressed this in Super Adventure RockMan(Japan only) with a cutscene of MegaMan turning both hands into Mega Busters.
