Blitzgarr, defeated years ago, has returned thanks to his dark powers. Devoid of half his flesh and nearly twice as much sanity, he seeks to carry out his own dark agenda, vengence being on the top of his list.

He looks fairly interesting, and is pretty well drawn for Microsoft Paint, however, the shadows on his cloak, hands and the golden part of his staff(?) seem to be lacking in length; or aren't there at all. It's a good drawing, and he's an interesting character, and with some practice, I'm sure you'll be able to get the shadows correct easy. I was the same way.
