I just found a bunch of animated versions of some smilies we have, and I couldn't help but suggest replacing them.

Why's this in support...?

Anyway, animated smileys can be nice, but n00bish idiots tend to spam them, making it hell for users with slow computers to navigate the site.

If animated emotes are locked for users under the new status, then maybe...
