As of not only lately but also since quite some time ago, Court has been filled with completely strange and off-the-bat cases. So, I have come up with something that may lower the charge a bit.
Whenever a member pleads not guilty to a strike, the case doesn't go on court straight away. The moderation votes guilty or not guilty before. If they decide on not guilty, the strike is down and the case is over. If they decide on guilty, though, then the case goes to court.
There could also be an option let the case in court in case of doubt about the verdict.

PE's right. The mods already decide whether the reported post deserves a strike or not. If a strike is awarded, the accused receives a PM... etc. |

He said all the mods should vote, not one.
Meowmod is just a mask for all the mods to use when striking.
Despite the fact that this is the reason I was eventually kicked from my position, and the fact that I still am looked down upon despite this, I will hold an unbiased opinion and say that we strip away the court and strikes and just moderate our forum like every other *crag* forum on the internet instead of corrupting it with this complicated stupidity. |
