Well, according to your equation, we have 4L, and YF*13. I have no idea what the variables are, and everything seems simplified, but Because 4L is one phase of multiplication, and YF*13 is two phases of multiplication, AND it's getting multiplied by 13, which is greater than for, it's safe to say YF*13 probably has more levels of n00bishness than 4L.
