And excuse to test GIMP, try to shade better, draw a Wheelie Bike, and make a Russian Reversal joke.
The Wheelie has a black saddle because it's in a gang I thought up, The Spare Tires.
He just took Spiny's mask, and is getting chased down through a tunnel.
