Well, it was about time someone had to rejuvinate the fuel of interest for the Dark Knight himself, so I had to buy the Complete Series Boxset for Batman: The Animated Series.
What it's got: the package is New - A black leather-like case, that holds two DVD Cases that hold 8-9 discs apiece. It's got the 16 Discs from the Previous Boxsets, plus a new Bonus Disc: Shades of the Bat: Batman's Animated Evolution. It also has a 40-Page Artbook, with the Episode Listings of the volumes, and original sketches and reference art.
How Much it costs: When you buy the Four Boxsets individually, it would cost you $140 altogether, but when you buy the Complete Series boxset, you spend from $80 to $107, depending on where you bought it. I bought mine at FYE, and it was worth it. This Moneysaver is only for two kinds of people: people who haven't bought any Batman DVDs, and anyone who only bought one volume, but wants the Complete Series, so they'd trade in the Boxset they got (like I did).
Why I like the show: Everything! The voices include Kevin Conroy as Batman, and Mark Hamill (Luke Skywalker) as The Joker! There's other badguys, but who cares who they are? The Music is composed by Shirley Walker, which is amazing, and It's a part of the DCAU Collection.
If you don't have the show, pick it up in the Complete Series Format, and save yourself some Green!

Wrong version, G&W. That was the 20th Century Fox one, but Batman IS a true favorite amongst all the others. Next stop on the DCAU Branch of Old Toonami: Superman: The Animated Series, and the Batman Animated Movies. |

That's the Adam West Batman, this one is more epic. Of course I'm not saying that the 60s Adam West one is bad. |

Yes. As well as Batman & Mr. Freeze in Sub-Zero, and Mystery of the Batwoman. And if I can somehow get all of Batman Beyond, both the Edited and Uncut Versions of Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker. When they say "Complete Animated Series" it means "Movies Not Included." |
