Sure, the NA version will be a bit more diluted in its awesome, but it will still be awesome nevertheless.
Who, of the announced non-secret characters, do you think you'll be using the most? On both sides, I mean.
With me, probably Shang Tsung and Deathstroke. My reasons are simply this:
Shang Tsung is the Soul Stealer. The Fatality I remember most clearly from him was ripping the soul out of the victim and consuming it. Add to that his fire powers and the ability to shapeshift, and you have one very dangerous opponent. Of course, you don't need flashy moves or even extremely maxed out characters to best anyone. Case in point: I once saw someone defeat the Elite Four in Pokemon with a team of Pidgey and Dratini. They were maxed out in level, of course, and had TMs and HMs applied, but even so...
As for Deathstroke the Terminator, I have a bit of an obsession with the guy. Blame Teen Titans and at least one year of roleplaying as the guy. In addition, one of his fatalities is to walk up, run his opponent through with a sword, then walk off and then turn around and shoot him, but still... In truth, he really should had just run the person through, but that's just my opinion. One-eyed old man kicking the collective arses of the Super-People and the Kombatants. Sounds fun to me. :3
I'm going to get this game sometime, And when I do I'll most likely fine myself playing as The Joker, Batman, and pretty much all the MK ninjas they have available. And if Harley Quinn is unlockable, I'll play as her as well.
If Harley's there, I'll be quite a happy person. :3
I doubt it, but if she is, I'LL SQUEE WITH *crag* HAPPINESS.
Anyway, I wish I had PS3 so I could play it, but I'm not going to waste 300 bucks on something with no backwards compatability. So, I'm just gonna watch the cut scenes on youtube.
Anyway, this sums up why I'm playing as the Joker.
